I know life can get stressful at times and you may feel like you do not have the right support to get help. If you work with me I will provide you a space where you can communicate your honest thoughts and feelings. I am well trained in psychotherapy treatments that help you to regulate unstable emotions, find a more integrated sense of self and improve your relationships with others.
